I worked at Ziba as a creative director between 2007-2010. When I first started, Sohrab, my boss, told me not to worry about anything for a few months, and just observe other teams and their approach to things. In other words, pay attention, so I don't fuck it up. Sounded easy enough. Though for a guy who generally shys away from just sticking his nose in on other people's meetings, it proved much more difficult. So, I figured if I was going to be a fly on the wall, I might as well take a camera along. These images are the culmination of three eventful years amongst some of the smartest and most talented folks I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
